    It is hard to do all of this.
    But the quality of my life has improved with even a few simple changes. I do less. I’m more present. I meditate 10 min in the morning and simplify my to-do list.
    Little changes can make big improvements.

      Yea doing everything is tough. I just meant to present some options of how to incorporate change! But yea even small adjustments can make a big difference!
