With the end of the year upon us, and everyone starting to make plans for a new year, I’d like to reshare one of my older posts on taking time off of work. I think time off is important, either in the form of taking leave, taking a break between jobs or taking vacation. A break is sometimes necessary to recharge, realign your goals and regain your balance. I’d like to encourage everyone to plan for next year–plan vacations and time off into your year.
